What types of floral services do you provide?
We have two services to choose from- our a la carte menu and full service floral design. Our a la carte menu has a curated selection of items for you to choose from. This option has no order minimums and is available in the DFW area. Our full service option is for those who are looking for a comprehensive design proposal- including- ceremony design, installation work and custom arrangements. This option starts at $4,000 for weddings in the Dallas region. Live further away? We will travel to you!
How far in advance should I book Flower House for my wedding?
The earlier, the better! To ensure availability and allow time for collaboration, we recommend booking 9-18 months before your wedding date. Peak wedding seasons (spring and fall) fill up quickly!
What is your booking process like?
Here’s how it works:
- Inquiry: Start by filling out our contact form with your wedding details, including your date, venue, and initial floral vision.
- Consultation: Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a discovery call to chat about your style, budget, and floral needs.
- Proposal: Within a week of our consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining design ideas and pricing.
- Booking: To secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required.
- Design Collaboration: After booking, we’ll dive deeper into your vision through mood boards, floral mockups, and more.
Do you offer other items other than flowers?
Absolutely! Flower House has plenty of options for decor in our rentals. Candles, pedestals, vases. You name it, we got it! We love to source one-of-a-kind items that are meant just for you.
How much do your services cost?
Our services are fully customized, so pricing varies based on flower types, design complexity, and event size. *Full-Service weddings start at $4,000. We’ll work closely with you to prioritize your floral must-haves and stay within your budget. Not looking for all the bells and whistles? Our a-la carte menu is the perfect stress free shop with no order minimums!
Do you offer packages or is everything custom?
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Every design is custom-crafted to reflect your unique story, style, and venue. From classic elegance to bold and modern, we’ll curate florals that perfectly match your vision.
What happens after booking?
Once you book, here’s what to expect:
- 2-4 months before- Time for design meetings, renderings and venue visits! We’re here to answer questions or make updates to your proposal as needed! We love to be included in your design process!
- 1 month before- Let's meet and finalize details! We will put the finishing touches on your design concepts, we are ready to go!
- Week of the wedding- We will treat every flower like family, making sure each blooms opens at the perfect time to be set on your table.
- Your big day!- The Flower House team arrives! We're here to make sure every detail is considered, so you can focus on getting married.
- After the party- Our team will come back to clean up our items and grab our rentals back so you don't have to worry about anything!
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! While we’re based in Dallas, Texas, we’re happy to travel for your big day. Travel fees will apply for events outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and we’ll provide a detailed estimate based on the location.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation: Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your wedding date and prevent us from booking other clients.
Rescheduling: If you need to change your date, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional fees.
What if I don’t know much about flowers or design?
You don’t need to! Our job is to guide you every step of the way. We’ll work together to discover your style preferences and create a cohesive look that matches your vision and vibe.
Do you offer mockups or samples before the wedding?
Yes! We can create a sample centerpiece or bouquet for an additional fee. This allows you to see your floral designs in person before your big day.
How do you handle setup and teardown?
Our team will arrive early to set up all florals and ensure every detail is picture-perfect. Included in full service florals after the event, we’ll return to handle breakdown and cleanup, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
How do I get started?

Our Process
Inquire
Complete the contact form and we’ll confirm wedding date availability. After a 30-minute consultation with our florist fairies, you’ll receive an initial design proposal curated to your style, wedding vision, and planned florals.
Save The Date
Once you have approved the design proposal, we’ll make it official with a deposit and signed contract. The date is yours!
Design and Plan
We continue to communicate with you or your wedding planner for updates and fine tuning to floral-related design and décor needs. This means, as the wedding planning evolves, we’ll keep your details updated.
Final Counts
Roughly 30 days from your celebration we’ll check in with final counts and any last minute details needed for your day. All that’s left is for you to be the guest of honor on your big day!
